To UnInstall DocsDB just delete !!!!!!!!.DOT (or previously called !!DOCSDB.DOT) 
 and KMENU.WLL from the \WINWORD\STARTUP directory.  

 For a fully clean up delete DOCSDB.INI and KMENU.INI from your Windows directory.

 To only suppress the little icons on the menu commands, delete KMENU.WLL
